This document outlines the refund policy and service agreement for Hype Immigration Consultants. It aims to provide clear guidelines for clients regarding fees, charges, and refunds, ensuring transparency and fairness in all interactions.
Fees & Charges
- Clients will be provided with a detailed breakdown of all fees and charges before entering into a service agreement.
- Service charges are non-refundable once paid, regardless of the outcome of the application process.
- Additional fees charged by assessing authorities or visa authorities are the responsibility of the client and are not included in the service charges.
Refund Eligibility & Conditions
- Refunds will not be issued for early service withdrawal or changes in personal circumstances.
- Hype Immigration Consultants is not liable for refunds if the visa is refused for any reasons.
- No refunds will be provided for services already rendered, including consultation fees and administrative costs.
Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate information and documentation promptly to facilitate the application process.
- Any changes in personal circumstances or contact details must be promptly communicated to Hype Immigration Consultants.
- Clients are responsible for any errors or delays in payment pathways that may affect the processing of their application.
Case-Specific Refund Policy
- Full refunds may be provided in specific cases outlined in our service agreement.
- Refunds for health insurance policies are subject to the policies of the insurance provider and may vary based on individual circumstances.
- Consultation fees are non-refundable post-appointment, and any subsequent services engaged with Hype Immigration Consultants may be adjusted accordingly.
Service Agreement
- Scope of Services: Hype Immigration Consultants agrees to provide immigration consultancy services as outlined in the service agreement, including assistance with visa applications, admission to educational institutions, and health insurance policies.
- Client Responsibilities: The client agrees to provide accurate information, fulfill all requirements promptly, and comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Payment Terms: Fees and charges must be paid promptly in accordance with the terms outlined in the service agreement.
Process for Claiming Refunds
- Clients must submit refund applications in writing to us, along with any supporting documentation.
- Refunds will be processed within four weeks of receiving the claim and will be paid in the nominated account.
- Clients have the right to appeal refund decisions in accordance with the Complaints and Appeals Procedures outlined in our service agreement.
